YunDao Cloud Manufacturing System is CleverMax's MES-class platform for production planning, execution, and data management across multiple factory systems. It breaks down the data silos between ERP, the hanger system, cutting, warehousing, and post-production — and turns them into one operational picture.
Where a traditional MES only models the sewing floor, YunDao models the entire factory: order intake, materials, cutting plans, hanger system routing, warehouse buffers, finished-goods sorting, and shipping. Every transaction is captured to a single timeline so leadership sees the real bottleneck, not the symptom downstream of it.
Customers run YunDao as the master execution platform for everything CleverMax delivers — the hanger system, CleverNode cutting, intelligent warehousing, suspended warehousing, and small-batch production management all feed YunDao, and YunDao feeds the ERP and BI tools above.
