CleverNode Cutting System | CleverMax — Hanger System Ecosystem

CleverNode is the CleverMax cutting-floor system that brings the same data discipline you get on the hanger system to the cutting room. Each station runs on a ruggedised edge terminal that captures every cut bundle, writes the RFID electronic work-order tag, tracks fabric yield, and feeds the planning server.

The product is built for two scenarios. First, factories with a hanger system that need the cutting room to keep pace with the sewing line — CleverNode tags bundles with the same RFID identifier the hanger system uses, so handover is transparent. Second, factories that want intelligent cutting management without the cost or floor space of a traditional hanging line — CleverNode is an efficient, cost-effective alternative that captures station-level cutting data in its own right.

Customers use CleverNode to remove the two largest losses in the cutting room: bundles that arrive at the sewing line out of order, and a complete lack of station-level data that makes throughput impossible to measure. With CleverNode installed, every cut piece carries its work-order identity from the cutting table to the finished garment.
