About this product
Overhead Storage is a high-rail buffer that sits above the production line and holds work-in-progress between line segments. It reuses the hanger system's clamp and tag format, so a hanger that arrives from sewing can wait above the line for ironing without leaving the rail.
Customers deploy Overhead Storage to absorb the natural rhythm difference between sewing and finishing — sewing runs in bursts, finishing runs continuously. Floor space normally wasted on bundle carts is given back to the line.
