Challenge
NewSega operates as a beacon factory in intelligent home textile manufacturing. Its bedding lines run thousands of finished six-piece sets per shift, and the cut-to-sew handoff was the single biggest source of work-in-progress build-up.
The plant wanted line-level traceability per garment, the ability to roll out new SKUs without rewiring the floor, and a way to keep the existing operator team productive while moving to a digital workflow.
Our solution
CleverMax delivered an overhead hanger system loop with RFID-tagged carriers across the bedding and comforter sections, plus a fabric distribution station that feeds the line on demand from the cutting room. Cutting planning is synchronized with the hanger system so finished panels arrive at the next operator only when capacity is free.
Outcome
Measured over a 90-day post-launch window against the prior bundle-based flow.
-38%
Production cycle time per order
-60%
